Calendar Managment

Manage your installers / egnieer and project meanagers via the calendar management sysyem, assign specific project locations and products and include the engineering job sheets.

Calendar Conflict

Never double-book your staff resources again with the conflict system. If a booking has already been made for a date and time or block booking for annual leave or training and the system will let you know if you try to book the same time allocation again

Provisional Booking

Add provisional bookings with customers that are added as a Black dot on the calendar, The customer will receive an email asking them to confirm they are happy with the dates before it goes on as a confirmed booking.

Partners

Teams

Partners section allows you to partner with freelancers / install teams or specialized contractors with the option of giving access to only parts of the project that you want them to see. Partners can share their calendars so you can see what dates are available without the need for ringing or emailing them.
Teams section allows a partner to share any number of teams without allocating staff, an example of this could be that you need a 2 man team to carry out installations but the partner may not have decided what team members to allocate. By giving you access to a team you know that you have an allocation of x staff members on a given date.

Planner

Sirvez planner allows you to create the flows of a typical project in a task by adding sub-tasks, as each flow in the project passes you can assign the next person and set deadlines as well as upload attachments.

Kanban Board

The Planner also connects to a kabana board and buckets, you can see bottlenecks at a glance and see what overdue sub-tasks have not yet been completed

Time Sheets

Time sheets for each user are auto-generated on completion of a task / sub task / helpdesk ticket or calendar entry. at the end of a project you can see exactly how much profit you have made on a job based on the resources time allocation.

Personal Time sheets

Each user can log in to his or her time sheet to see exactly how much time they have spent on each project and adjust if needed. Dependent on the ERP system we can also integrate this so it flows between the 2 systems.
