Organising the products into the correct rooms and assiging testing forms, instructing on what data to collect for each product. Checking in each product so you know if it has arrived in stock and where exaclty it is.
Add proof of deliveries to each product either 3rd party sent in from the courier or manual POD from staff members that have dropped of the products on site.
Assign products based on the site survey data that you have manually inputted or import via CSV or direct from the ERP via API ingeration.
Assign standard commisioning data points to be collected for each product with option to add custom data. This may be Serial Number of IP address, Mac Address etc.
Althoug there any many ways to add products the most efficient via integrating with your existing ERP via sales order number (ID).
Batch print all QR codes onto label sheets and add them to products as they arrive in stock, this allows you to check the product in so that all stakeholders are fully in the loop on the status of the project.
Batch QR Codes
Generate QR codes for a number of scenarious, for example you can create a batch QR that will list all the products in a room or you can group products together and create a batch of the group of products, when scanned will show a list of all the products.
Testing forms can be created for stadard product types and assinged to the products that you want to ensure is tested to make sure it is working correctly.
Videos and Images
Option to add images or videos in the form, this process can be integrated into the workflow to show that the product has been tested and a video of the product in situ.
Proof of Deliveries
Add proof of delivery document or signiture to each product very easily, highligh all the products you are sending out (or are getting sent out by 3rd party) and send a reminder to the site contact that the products are on there way. When they arrive you can upload the POD documnet if it is thried party or get a signiture if delivered internally.
