Sirvez gives you the tools you need to manage all the elements involved the project flow, simple modules you can enable in the project dashboard to allow for seamless and detailed project managment.
Chat module allows you to creage group chats or single 1-on-1on chats with all collaborators in the project including end users.
Pages
Created templated pages of stadard documents (such as tender responses or RAMS) and add personalisation tokens to each page, such as [Company Name] or [Project Name] that will change as you add them to each project. When you have created more than one page you create a group in a document you can add a document to a project as well as individual pages. Export the document as a PDF when finished.
Collaboration
When you add pages to a project you can collaborate with other team members in real time using tracking and commenting features that allow you to track changes, who has made changes and
Project Info
When in the project dashboard for pages you can also add specific details on the project such as room information, project summary, product lists or details on a specific product.
Version Control
Keep track of all documents using the version control module, when you make any changes to a document you can log this on the system and include information such as, changes made, Date, time and include a link to the latest version. As you progress you will see a list of all changes to all documents.
Schedule Manager
Create a Gantt chart and assign engineering resources for larger projects. Not only can you assing staff to a scecific project but you can also assign products and product gorups. All changes are logged on the calendar management system and staff are blocked out so they can not be double booked.
Chat
Chat feature allows you keep all project comments directly on the system, create a 1 on 1 chat with members of the team or create group chat with all team members, the chat features is connected to push notification on your browers and email notifications so you can always be sure to be in the loop on project changes.
